This product is a simple concept and is easy to use. It comes with 3 bands to use. I'm using the beginner level but my husband has been doubling the intermediate and expert bands together. I was worried that the machine resting on my arms would be uncomfortable but it hasn't given me any trouble.HeatherBR11
