Just the right weight
The 18foot conditioning rope is now the best piece of workout gear I own. I've lost over 100lbs in the past, but with everything going on and being home it was starting to come back. I like to switch up my workouts and this conditioning rope is perfect for that. Its a great way to get my heart rate up before jumping on the elliptical. Im not looking for big muscles, just trying to lose a few lbs and slightly tone my arms.
The quality of the conditioning rope is fantastic and has no separated at all while using. Normal wear and tear but nothing that would precent me from using it. The handles have a strong rubber grip and it also comes with an insert with a few exercises to get you going. The length is nice for a smaller work out area in my basement, but provides the perfect amount of weight to get me started. I've been using this everyday and has been awesome. I would absolutely recommend this to anybody looking to shed some pounds with cardio and tone their arms at the same time. Anybody can use it!MrTee

I love this conditioning rope, it makes exercising fun the rope has some wet it but it is still manageable. It is nice and thick and won't slide out if your hand. It comes with some a guide for ideas on how to useLuv2bye
