Very good and sturdy
I am 30 weeks pregnant and use it everyday to do some basic pregnancy exercises. Its pretty sturdy. The pump it came with, works well too. No issues so far and would definitely recommend it. I work while sitting on it too and will take it to the hospital during birth too.maggigr8
Perfect size, sturdy and held good so far.
Size is perfect as indicated from 5'-3" thru 5'-10". I bought 54 cm one just incase this isn't good enough. Product is good and sturdy so keeping them both. Initially when inflating I was skeptical will it withstand the pressure?, but having pumped twice and used for over 3 weeks I am confident it will withstand.Prasad

This body ball is nice and thick, and not once did I feel like it was going to pop while inflating it. It's also comfortable to rest all of your weight on knowing that it is sturdily made. I appreciated the included air pump, which was a nice surprise. The sample exercise chart was also a nice surprise.abrack7
