Good large supportive yoga mat
I bought this for my at home workout area instead of jumping right to paying for those expensive large mats and this was a good choice for now. This is very supportive and soft. I do not think I will continue to use for weight lifting support because its so squishy but Ive used it for yoga, stretching, and even some hiit style stuff and its awesome. I love having the larger, more cushioned mat as an option now. Mine did come with the straps as well.Michelle12345
Size matters
Mat is great for floor work. Size is great but it is a large item to store. If you could leave it out in your home gym it would be perfect. This is much better than those little tiny onesAnne
