Great for cardio
I love having this Calhome 30" aerobic step platform. It's very convenient to have in my home. The size feels safe, I have no worries about missing my step or it tipping over. The height is perfect for me. You can adjust the height by adding or removing the leg platforms. This can be up to 8 inches, which is my preference. This product has helped me keep up on my cardio exercises at home. There are many exercises you can use this for, not just stepping. This is non slip. So no worries about it moving while using.
