I love this exercise fan bike!
This exercise fan bike is amazing. It has many impressive features. One feature that I really like is the fact that the air resistance is based on user workout effort. The resistance will become harder if I want a more difficult workout. When the box arrived, I was worried it was going to be difficult to put together, but it was very easy, and I had it together within 15 minutes. The instruction manual had very clear instructions, and the hardware was grouped and labeled for each step. The “MyCloudFitness” app works very well with this exercise bike. It is easy to connect your smartphone by Bluetooth and keep a log of all exercise activity, as well as see specific information while you exercise. The height of the seat can also be adjusted. The bar that the seat is on has a “max” line, which makes it easy to find the last hole that the knob can go in. The seat can go surprisingly high and accommodate a user as tall as 6'2”. Another feature that I really like about this exercise bike are the foot rests. If I decide to only want to do an upper body workout, I can utilize the foot rests and only work out with the handle bars. If I do decide to do a full body workout, I can also choose whether I want to pedal sitting down or standing up, which is a huge plus for me. The pedaling aspect of this bike is very smooth. Overall, this exercise fan bike is made with high quality materials and is an awesome piece of workout equipment to have. I highly recommend it.JayBee
Fitness Reality 1000AR Air Resistance HIIT Fan Bike is shipped in a single box with an assembly required. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. My husband was able to set it up by himself in little over an hour. This is my first time using the fan bike and I was impressed with the amount of air that the fan moved. I suggest setting it up in a designated room that can take strong fan air movement. The bike is made of heavy-duty steel and has 4 floor stabilizers that can be adjusted. It also has wheels so it can be easily moved when needed. The seat adjusts up and down as well as front and back to ensure maximum comfort. The buttons on control panel are easily accessible. I like that it has action handle bars instead traditional bike handles. This way I can work my upper body as well and when I feel like only doing upper body, I can do that by putting my feet up on foot rest bars attached to the handles. This bike allows you to customize your workout, I've only been using it for about 2 weeks so far and there is so much I have yet to learn. I love how I'm in control of every workout and it is a low impact exercise on my knees.soliloqium

Got this today, well packed in the box, simple easy instructions.
Took me like 40 mins to assemble. Used all parts but there is 1 piece of rectangle steel tube about 8"Lx3"x2". Not sure what it is for and its not on the instruction sheet??
Anyways hopefully is not a necessary part.
As for the bike, its sturdy, had an app that you can customize and start your workouts, keep track of your progress etc.
This is not an ordinary bike you get on and pedal.. This think is BRUTAL in a good way. I was not expecting what I felt on this beast. 30 on 60 off I was winded after a few rounds.
I do lift weights but have not done much cardio at all so my body is not used to it. Hopefully with my diet and HIIT I can lose this stubborn mid section..
This is a great buy, 10 rounds of 30/10 and you will burn some calories.crescentfallen
